Termination of policy
The policy is automatically renewed on the same terms and for the same term, except if you or Atradius indicate, no later than 2 months before the expiry date, that you do not wish to renew the policy on the same terms. Atradius also has the right to terminate the policy if you are involved in insolvency proceedings or because of applicable sanctions laws.
Transfer of policy
You can pledge or transfer a credit insurance policy and/or the rights resulting from it to third parties only with our prior written consent.
Transfer risk
Political events, economic difficulties, foreign exchange shortages or legal or administrative measures in the debtor's country that prevent or delay the transfer (the transfer of amounts in international payments) of payments deposited by the debtor. Falls under political risk.

Turnover statement
Periodic (annual or monthly) statement of insured turnover realised during the statement period provided for in the policy schedule. Your statement of invoiced turnover on which the premium mentioned in the policy is calculated. If an advance premium was paid, the difference will be settled. The following components, if applicable, may be deducted from this turnover: zero limits, private individuals (if not insured), VAT (if not insured) and affiliated debtors (intercompany).
