A while ago, we sat down with our Account Managers and Customer Service Centre teams with one key aim.

This was to find out what questions our customers asked the most, including which parts of the policy do we need to explain most often?

Based on the list drawn up then, we chose a number of topics for which we worked out scripts, actors were sought, a crew was hired ... and we started filming.

So in this section of the Customer Portal, you will find the answers to your most frequently asked questions.
