Total amount of unpaid invoices (due and/or not due).
Overdue
When a claim has remained unpaid beyond the date of the maximum extension period specified in the policy, we call that claim overdue. New deliveries are normally no longer covered under the policy. If you have yet to deliver and the oldest outstanding invoice is overdue, always contact us. Under certain conditions, we may still be able to agree to deliver under cover.
Own risk
The unsecured part of a claim. You carry this excess yourself and therefore should not be transferred to third parties, such as a bank. The reason for this is that your involvement in the risk is and remains of great importance.
